District 3800 held their District Conference 2018 (DisCon2018) at Solaire Grand Ballroom from April 8-9 2018. Clubs from different zones participated in the event. Businessmen and businesswoman, politicians, and other important people also attended the conference. A photo exhibit from different clubs including Sampaguita Grace Park was showcased outside the ballroom. It shows the highlights of the projects and programs that they implemented. Different speeches was given such as the State of the District Address, West Philippines  Controversy, TRAIN Law, Beauty in New Millenium, Anti VAWC Law and the Divorce Bill.

On the second day of the DisCon2018, awards were given to remarkable people that made a remarkable participation in the Rotary Community. Future Leaders of the DIstrict 3800 was also being introduced. The last part of the event was the  Talent Night. Zones from one to eight showed their talent and one of a kind presentation.
