District Grant project  with RC's Kalookan North, Caloocan Monumento and Metro Novaliches Caloocan. Eye Refraction and provision of eyeglasses to poorly sighted identified pupils of public elementary schools children from Grades 4 to 6 of San Jose Elementary School and Caloocan Central Elementary School, Caloocan City.  Eye examination were conducted to these schools.  Once identified during the refraction,  students  were provided eyeglasses according to the eye  reading taken during examination. Children failed in school due to need of eyeglasses, where parents cannot afford to see an Ophthalmologist and purchase eyeglasses.
