Provision of shoes and socks to selected 1,625 Grades 5 & 6 pupils of E. Rodriguez, San Jose and Caloocan Central Elementary Schools, whose parents can not afford to buy for their sons and daughters. These children goes to school without shoes. By providing these, they can walk well in going to school. Wearing shoes and socks especially during rainy season will prevent them from skin diseases.
