District Grant - Provision of health care package, to teach and demonstrate to 600 grades 1 & 2 pupils at E. Rodriguez and 175 Grades 1 & 2 pupils at San Jose Elementary School, Caloocan City, on proper hygiene and dental care. Their parents cannot afford basic necessity for everyday use. Poor oral hygiene cause gum disease, together with dietary sugar, may lead to tooth decay. Either condition may cause pain and suffering to impairment of function. Our Rtn./Dentist Ma. Antonia Khaledi taught them on how to brush their teeth property and proper care to prevent disease. They were also given soap and towels for proper tooth brushing.
