Provision of baby and mother health starter kits for mothers who just gave birth. The kits were distributed directly to 4 lying in centers in Caloocan City for parents below poverty level. The baby and mother health sets were composed of the following: 1 bag, 3 pajamas, 3 ties (top), 3 mittens, 3 bonnet, 3 booties, baby powder, soap, 1 nail cutter, 1 thermometer, 1 bottle alcohol (500 ml), and 2 units of emergency lights for each lying in center.
