Distribution of 500 pcs. of Welcome kits and Manuals for Covid-19 was done in NAIA Terminal 1 arrival lobby before the OFWs boarded their designated buses. Flights coming from Saudi 1340H and Abu Dhabi 1430H last October 10, 2020, were our beneficiaries with SAG Thess Fajardo, AG Rex Alvin Martinez, AG Hermie Bongolan, TP Elsie Ang of RC Sampaguita Grace Park, TP Eric Enriquez, or RC Kalookan North and IPP Marilyn Tan of RC Caloocan
Welcome Kits containing:
- Notebook with pen
- Nail kit
- Face Shield
- Nano sprayer
- Digital Thermometer
- Hand towel
- Soap
- Face mask
All nicely packed in a specially made bag for the tired OFWs who have to undergo quarantine for 14-days before they can finally be with their families.
It was an exhausting day for all of us but seeing the happy faces of the OFWs and Seafarers when we welcome them and hearing their unique stories and personal experiences when they receive their kits made it all meaningful and worthwhile
