Beneficiaries: SPED students of Cecilio Elementary School

Tulay Project is the Livelihood Project of  ZONE 2  for SPED Transitional Students aims to provide livelihood opportunities for transitioning SPED students of Cecilio Elementary School. Such livelihood projects include making dishwashing liquid soap and mushroom farming. The project was aired on PTV 4. We also provided groceries, thermometers, and face masks for SPED students.
