Project Date: November 18, 2021

The purpose of project Liwanag is to help not only the Blind but also the guardians and us Rotarians to understand the plight of the Blind and how we can extend assistance to them.  Our blind brothers and sisters cannot appreciate the beauty of nature, the exciting colors, and seeing their loved ones, among others.  The least we could do is to let them feel that they are part of us.  There will be resource persons to speak about acceptance and other inspiring stories that showcase the talents of our beneficiaries. Our club beneficiary is Jose Carlos Deveraturda.
