The Rotary Club of Sampaguita Grace Park received wheelchair donations from the "Gulong" Wheelchair Distribution project of PWD District 3800. These wheelchairs will be donated to Tahanan Walang Hagdan on December 27. Rotarian Carol Kohtiao also donated 3 additional wheelchairs for our recipients
