The Rotary Club of Sampaguita Grace Park ("RC Sampaguita Grace Park") organized a livelihood training program for the Rotary Community Corp of San Jose (RCC of San Jose) with the help of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Mayor's Office of Caloocan held on September 30, 2022, at the San Jose Elementary School. This economic and community development project of RC Sampaguita Grace Park was attended by the officers and members of RCC of San Jose, and was divided into 2 parts, first was the training in making liquid bleach as well as liquid dishwashing and handwashing soap conducted by Analyn and Catherine of PESO and was followed by the training on door mat making carried out by RC Sampaguita Grace Park's Naty Osorio.
RC Sampaguita Grace Park provided the starter kits for producing more than 200 liters of liquid bleach, dishwashing, and handwashing liquid soap as well as 100 kilograms of retaso strings, 10 wood frames, and scissors for the creation of door mats. Both training sessions were attended by 22 members of the RCC of San Jose.
RC Sampaguita Grace Park imagines helping communities and transforms such a dream into reality.
