Rotary Club Sampaguita Grace Park installed twelve (12) digital tower billboards last September 2, 2020 headed by its Transforming President Elsie Y. Ang, at the following places in Metro Manila, where thousands of private and public vehicles pass by every day to promote and create awareness on how Rotary helps the community
